Yossi Zekri joined IPD in 2003 from Maxsys Technologies Corporation, a test and measurement solution provider for wireless, light-wave and satellite communications, where he was president and chief executive officer. Prior to his work for Maxsys, beginning in 1992 and continuing through the 1990s, Mr. Zekri held a series of management positions with FP Diesel (acquired by Federal-Mogul Corporation in 1998). Mr. Zekri's contribution ranged beyond his initial role as FP's corporate controller to making vast improvements to the firm's manufacturing processes as well as its sales, marketing and product distribution. Mr. Zekri's final role was as vice president and general manager responsible for FP Diesel's heavy duty diesel division, a $100M worldwide business with 300+ employees, reporting directly to the firm's president and COO.

Mr. Zekri earned a BS degree in biological science and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. He is married with three daughters and enjoys a good game of basketball.

Since joining IPD in 1986, Bob Straw has advanced through the organization, first overlooking regional sales for the eastern US, and then adding responsibility for branch management for eastern US/Western Europe. He is now IPD's vice president of global sales and marketing based in the firm's Cleveland office.

Bob came to IPD from Pittsburgh Crankshaft Service, a large aftermarket engine parts warehouse, machine Shop and PER (Production Engine Rebuilder) specializing in both automotive and diesel applications. This six-year position included purchasing, warehouse management and, eventually, overall management as first vice president. Bob began his career in 1977 with OEM distributor Beckwith Machinery, where he filled various mechanical positions including engine rebuilding and dynometer testing for 4 years. He received automotive and diesel technical training at the Rosedale Technical Institute in Pittsburgh

Bob and his wife Cary live in Strongsville, Ohio with two sons, Eric and Dylan, and daughter Alyana.
